Our vision and goal is to always be a knowledgeable, committed and trust-creating partner who understands and manages our partners' needs and expectations. We achieve this by being the client’s proverbial right-hand and helping with their explicit and implicit needs.
OPERATION
We work on consultancy and construction projects from idea to preliminary study, investigation, design and implementation with construction guidance. Our current focus areas include stand-alone construction projects such as retail spaces, public buildings, sports and recreation, office spaces and residential housing.

Our ambition is for our partners to always feel that we are available and present for their project needs. 3P's business vision expressly states that all employees should have expertise and knowledge about our partners and projects. We are working towards being the personal architectural office.

Our philosophy is to develop methods to streamline the construction process and implement the project to the desired quality and specifications.
Our design is primarily done using ArchiCad.
We developed "3P Dialogbox" - a customized system for defining project goals.
